Prepare for company information:
As early as you can in the interview, ask for a more complete description of what the position entails. You might say: “I have a number of accomplishments I'd like to tell you about, but I want to make the best use of our time together and talk directly to your needs. To help me do, that, could you tell me more about the most important priorities of this position? All I know is what I (heard from the recruiter, read in the website.
Targeted company:
The "Basic 3:"
Why are you interested in this field?
Why are you interested in this company?
Why are you interested in this position?

"And in addition to that?..." or, "Is there anything else you see as essential to success in this position?:

Q: Why Do You Want to Work Here?
Tips: The interviewer is listening for an answer that indicates you've given this some thought and are not sending out resumes just because there is an opening. For example, "I've selected key companies whose mission statements are in line with my values, where I know I could be excited about what the company does, and this company is very high on my list of desirable choices."

Prepare for Mood:
Listen first, answer second
Listen carefully and attentively and ask for clarification if you don’t understand a question being asked. Don’t be vague or try to bluff your way out of a question. If you need more time to respond or to provide additional information, don’t hesitate to state that. Ask the interviewer insightful questions, but don’t pose off-the-wall, lengthy, or hypothetical questions. Prepare at least three follow-up questions to ask of your prospective employer that will provide more information about the job or working at the company. Not only will that help you evaluate the opportunity, but it will also show you are engaged and interested.

Example~~~
Q. Could you please give me an example from your past that describes when you took initiative?
The question behind this question may be:
• Show me evidence that you have initiative
• Can you prove with facts that you really do have initiative?

Tips: give an example that is well related to the position of the job you've applied for. if u dont have a direct example, give an indirect one and explain to the interviewer how it links to the position you're trying to get.
